Farming and gardening are weapons. It can be used for good and it can be used for bad. Regenerative farming is about leaving the land in better condition then when we found it. It's about sequestering atmospheric carbon into our soil to grow the crops we eat. It's about protecting the living microorganisms in our soil food web. It's about not using the conventional, chemical products we are offered in agriculture today that harm our bodies, minds, spirits, waterways and soils. It's about not supporting the corporate food structure we have in today's society who also ironically own the pharmaceutical drug structure. It's about taking our sovereignty back and utilizing our resources to go beyond sustainment and towards regeneration. It's about healing ourselves and our planet.
